Unknown is partnering with a major manufacturing organisation to recruit an Employee Relations Specialist to support a large, complex site with 600+ staff. The role is a high-visibility advisory position, guiding leaders on people practices while ensuring ER standards are upheld.
You will own the site's employee relations agenda, partnering with Senior People Business Partners to tackle complex people challenges, drive compliance and embed accountability across management teams.
