JGA Recruitment Group | B Corp™ is partnering with a growing logistics firm to appoint an experienced Payroll & Benefits Manager in Hertfordshire. The role leads a high-performing payroll function for around 2,000 employees across multiple payrolls and will shape a culture of continuous improvement.
You will balance strategic leadership with hands-on involvement, overseeing weekly and four-weekly payrolls and driving accuracy, compliance and efficiency.
