Are you an experienced HR Manager looking for a hands-on role within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment?

We are recruiting on behalf of a highly successful food processing and manufacturing business that is looking to appoint an accomplished HR professional to lead the HR function at one of its busy sites in Staffordshire.

The Role

As HR Manager, you will lead a small HR team and take responsibility for delivering a proactive, visible and effective HR service across a large manufacturing site employing several hundred colleagues.

This is a hands-on role where factory floor presence is key. You will work closely with the senior leadership team, line managers and operational colleagues to support people performance, engagement, employee relations and the future people strategy for the site.
