Portfolio HR & Reward are proud to be representing a world-renowned manufacturing business that is currently seeking a HR Advisor to join them on a permanent basis.
This role is fully office based with their offices based in Stoke on Trent.
This role is offering a salary range between £32,000 and £37,000.
As a successful HR Advisor, you will be responsible for- Serving as the first point of contact for HR guidance, coaching managers to build confidence in people management and promoting early, informal dispute resolutions.
- Managing a diverse ER caseload (including discipline, grievances, performance, and absence), supporting with investigations, hearings and escalating high risk cases when appropriate
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and contract preparation while maintaining accurate HR systems, metrics, and policy improvements.
- Ensure all HR activities, employee records, and case documentation strictly comply with UK employment legislation, GDPR, and ACAS guidelines.
- Proven experience of handling high-level, high-volume employee relations cases
- Experience working in a manufacturing/retail setting is desirable, but not essential
- Available to start quickly due to business-critical requirements
