HR Advisor; Hybrid

Position: HR Advisor (Hybrid)
Location: Stoke-On-Trent

HR Advisor (Hybrid) needed in Bradford, £22.20ph PAYE - Reference: 5304950 To deal with high level cases dealing with Grievance, discipline, performance and attendance Attend the office 2 days a week and may need to go to different sites for hearings. They will have a case load of around 80 Act as a generalist professional HR practitioner, providing high quality advice and practical support to all levels of management and employees, on employee relations matters (sickness absence, ill health retirement, phased return to work, adjustments, capability (performance and attendance), discipline and grievance).
