Loom Talent are partnering with a fast-paced blue-collar organisation in North Leicestershire seeking a HR Advisor for a 12-month FTC. Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you’ll join a small team supporting around 1,000 site colleagues and act as the main conduit between site teams and central HR functions.
You will build strong manager relationships, keep policies current, manage day-to-day HR activity, and lead on employee relations cases with coaching to managers across the business.
