We’re looking for an experienced recruitment consultant to take ownership of an Accountancy & Finance permanent desk in our Hammersmith office . You’ll inherit a warm, reputation-led desk with clear opportunity to grow revenue quickly - ideal for someone who knows how to build relationships, win business, and convert.

About the role You’ll manage a West London Accountancy & Finance perm desk , covering areas including Hammersmith, Kensington, Notting Hill and Earls Court. This desk has:
An established reputation built by a successful previous consultant Active client relationships with room to re-engage and expand Strong potential across mid-level finance roles (£40k) Opportunity to build long-term client partnerships You’ll have the autonomy to run your desk like your own business, backed by an experienced manager and a collaborative office environment.

What you’ll be doing Owning a 360 recruitment desk within Accountancy & Finance (permanent market) Developing and converting new business opportunities across your West London patch Rebuilding and strengthening existing client relationships Managing the full recruitment lifecycle: briefing, sourcing, interviewing and placement Delivering a high-quality, consultative service to both clients and candidates What we’re looking for We are specifically seeking experienced recruiters who can hit the ground running.

You’ll bring:
