Recruitment Coordinator

Are you highly organised, confident working with data and looking for a role where your attention to detail can make a real difference?

We're looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to support a busy recruitment team with reporting, data management and day-to-day operational administration. You'll work closely with recruiters and programme leadership, helping to ensure recruitment information is accurate, up to date and ready for stakeholder review.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with spreadsheets, managing multiple priorities and bringing structure to a fast-paced environment.

What you'll be doing
  • Creating and maintaining recruitment reports, spreadsheets and trackers.
  • Supporting the preparation of monthly stakeholder reporting packs.
  • Gathering, organising and checking data from recruitment systems and other sources.
  • Keeping reporting templates and recruitment records accurate and up to date.
  • Carrying out regular data quality checks and resolving or escalating discrepancies.
  • Producing routine KPI and operational reports for the recruitment team.
  • Supporting ad hoc reporting requests and administrative projects.
What we're looking for
  • At least one year's experience in administration, coordination, reporting, HR, recruitment operations or a similar support role.
  • Strong Excel skills, including formulas, filtering, sorting, data validation and reporting.
  • Experience working with spreadsheets, databases or reporting tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate work.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing deadlines.
  • Confidence using applicant tracking systems (ATS) or other internal databases.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and identifying discrepancies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • An understanding of the importance of following processes and handling confidential information.

If you enjoy working with data, keeping things organised and supporting a team to deliver, we'd love to hear from you.
