Overview
Here at Human Appeal we have an exciting opportunity for a Training & Adoption Coordinator to join our team based in Cheadle, Greater Manchester. This is a full-time role on an initial 1-year fixed term contract with a view to progressing to a permanent role. Salary £32,725 to £44,275 per annum depending on experience.

Role purposeAs Training & Adoption Coordinator, the successful candidate will play an integral role in supporting the effective adoption of Salesforce and related enterprise systems by delivering structured user training, maintaining enablement materials, and providing hands-on support to end users across the organisation.
Responsibilities- Work with Salesforce Support Manager, Business Analysts and technical teams to deliver training and user enablement; support system changes and onboarding of new users; act as deputy to the Salesforce Support Manager to ensure continuity of service and a positive user experience.
- Focus on practical delivery of training and user enablement and contribute to overall system usage and data quality.
- Operate in a manner that enhances user confidence and reduces support tickets through effective training and documentation.

- Salesforce support services remain stable during the Support Manager’s absence
- Education: Degree in Business, Information Systems, Education, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience);
Salesforce certification (e.g., Salesforce Administrator) desirable but not essential; training/digital learning/change-related certifications an advantage. - Experience: 2–4 years’ experience in a user training, system support, digital enablement, or application support role; experience delivering training for CRM or enterprise systems (Salesforce highly desirable); experience supporting users in a global or multi-location organisation; ability to translate technical changes into clear, user-focused guidance; experience in service/support with multiple priorities; experience in not-for-profit or mission-driven organisations is beneficial.
- Skills: Working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM platforms; ability to create training materials using PowerPoint, Word, Excel, video tools, and learning platforms; familiarity with ticketing tools (e.g., Jira Service Management, Service Now, Zendesk); comfortable with collaboration and documentation tools (SharePoint, Confluence, Teams, Salesforce Knowledge).
- Language: Fluent written and spoken English; additional languages desirable in a global humanitarian context; passionate about international development sector.
