Responsibilities
  • The main purpose of the Compliance Administrator role is to maintain all parts of the compliance monitoring system and ensure asset certification is up to date and accurate.
  • Monitor the CAFM system to provide customised access for clients, facilities managers and the compliance team to view compliance status, and manage incoming information from mailboxes, ensuring documentation is checked and loaded correctly.
  • Identify, classify and load remedial tasks discovered during inspections or assessments to ensure priority timescales are met.
  • Perform system maintenance activities including organizing mailboxes, loading and validating documentation, and ensuring adherence to client SLAs.
  • Generate and manage reports by carrying out system analysis, gap analyses and maintaining data accuracy to improve client compliance and reporting quality.
  • Collaborate with Regional Property Managers and Supply Chain to resolve queries, ensure SLA adherence and maintain compliance standards.
  • Support Customer Service Centre Advisors by handling calls when required and feasible.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Technical

    Skills:

    Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Core

    Skills:

    High accuracy, attention to detail, strong analytical capability, ability to present findings in graphical and tabular formats, strong organizational skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines. Proficient with CAFM and reporting software; computer literate. Knowledge of FM compliance and HSE legislation is desirable but not essential.
  • Experience:

    Minimum of 12 months in a compliance/Service Centre role. Experience in a fast-paced environment and data entry/office administration is advantageous. IOSH qualification is desirable.
