The Role Morgan Hunt are working exclusively with an international chairty who are seeking a Head of AI to drive the organisation's next phase of digital transformation, embedding AI as a practical and responsible enabler of strategic objectives.

This is a hands-on leadership role, combining strategy and delivery. You'll assess current operations, identify high-impact AI opportunities, and define a clear roadmap aligned to organisational priorities.

Working closely with senior leadership, you'll lead the design, build, and deployment of scalable AI solutions - ensuring effective adoption across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver a clear AI strategy and roadmap with defined outcomes Identify and prioritise opportunities to improve efficiency, services, and knowledge management Design and implement scalable AI architecture integrated with existing systems Lead prototyping, testing, and deployment of AI solutions Drive organisational adoption through training and capability building Provide strategic insight and reporting to senior stakeholders About You Proven experience delivering AI and/or data platforms at scale Experience in a senior technical or leadership role (3 years) Strong understanding of modern AI approaches, including LLMs, RAG, and orchestration Knowledge of cloud environments, security, and compliance considerations Morgan Hunt is a multi-award-winning recruitment business for interim, contract and temporary recruitment and acts as an Employment Agency in relation to permanent vacancies.
