Data & Automation Analyst - Bensons Beds

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyse data from warehouse, transport and customer service systems to identify performance gaps and cost‑saving opportunities.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated workflows and RPA bots (e.g., UiPath) that streamline repetitive tasks and reduce manual effort.
• Create interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI and Tableau to visualise key metrics for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define process improvement initiatives and track their impact.
• Document data pipelines, automation scripts, and standard operating procedures to ensure knowledge transfer and compliance.

• Proven experience with Python for data manipulation and scripting automation.
• Strong SQL skills for querying relational databases and building data models.
• Hands‑on experience with RPA tools such as UiPath or similar.
• Ability to design clear, actionable visualisations using Power BI or Tableau.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on process optimisation and continuous improvement.
