• £45,000 - £60,000 base
• Discretionary annual bonus (up to) 20% plus an additional Shared Reward Bonus

As a Data Modeler / Governance Specialist, you will work within our highly skilled Data & BI Team, ensuring that data‑related changes across the organisation are designed, implemented, and governed effectively. You will provide technical stewardship over core applications, databases and metadata during our technology transformation, aligning data with governance standards and acting as a key enabler for data quality, literacy and accountability across business and technology teams.

• Provide technical stewardship and governance for core data assets during the transformation period.

• Work with business and technical stakeholders to define and maintain logical data models and metadata.

• Conduct Data Impact Assessments and support change initiatives related to data architecture.

• Translate technical data concepts into business‑relevant language and facilitate understanding across teams.

You will bring a strong blend of the following skills and experience:

• Experience in Data Architecture and Data Modelling (preferably logical data models).
• Strong background in data stewardship, governance and metadata management.
• Proficient in relational database design, SQL and data modelling tools such as SAP Power Designer.
• Experience with data governance tools (e.g., Unity Catalogue) and data profiling.
• Knowledge of DAMA data management framework and data quality principles.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication skills and ability to engage technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Experience conducting Data Impact Assessments and leading change initiatives.
