Position: Onsite Service Desk Advisor – 24/7 ITIL Support
Location: Stoke-on-Trent

Vodafone Three’s VBSE ENOC Service Desk Advisor role focuses on delivering world-class incident management for key Vodafone customers. You will drive 24x7 support across multiple domains, triaging incidents, and coordinating with third parties to meet SLA targets.

The position requires familiarity with ITIL practices, strong customer service, and the ability to escalate and communicate effectively within a matrix.
