UptimeIT is seeking a motivated First Responder Engineer to deliver 1st line IT support to our MSP partner customers. Initially office-based for six months, then a hybrid arrangement with some days in the office and some remote.
You’ll troubleshoot Windows 10/11, Office 365, printers and scanners, and various client applications, logging tickets in our PSA platform and escalating complex issues to a senior engineer.
