VIQU Limited in Liverpool is seeking a Service Desk Engineer for a 3-month contract to join a busy IT Service Desk and support users across the business with first-class service. You’ll be the first point of contact for IT issues, providing 1st and 2nd line support, logging and resolving incidents in Service Now, and assisting with Microsoft 365 and Active Directory across Windows environments.
