Location: Stoke-on-Trent
WA Consultants seeks a Technical Lead for a 12-month contract in the United Kingdom. You will provide technical leadership, mentor the team, and drive automation and efficiency across operations.
The role requires strong scripting (Bash, Python), end-to-end system understanding, and close collaboration with product teams to deliver robust solutions. You will manage changes and incidents under ITIL, work with stakeholders at all levels, and participate in out-of-hours support as needed.
