Service Now is seeking a highly technical Outbound Product Manager (IC5 – Sr. Staff) to join the Data and Analytics product team in London. You will translate deep technical capabilities into compelling narratives, go-to-market strategies, and customer-facing content.
As a bridge across product development, marketing, sales and the customer, you will shape adoption of Workflow Data Fabric and RaptorDB, balance roadmap priorities with field insights, and drive strategic outbound initiatives.
