Thames Water is seeking a Head of Portfolio Demand and Mobilisation within the Digital Transformation function in Reading. You will lead end-to-end demand management, stakeholder engagement, and mobilisation of strategic digital initiatives, reporting to the CIO/CTO with senior executives and external partners.
You will drive governance, roadmaps, investment alignment, and cross-team collaboration while championing standardisation and value delivery across the portfolio.
