ARCA Consulting Ltd is partnering with a leading e-commerce company to hire a Senior IT Infrastructure Analyst / 3rd Line Support Analyst for a 10–12 month fixed-term contract with potential to go permanent.
You will maintain and evolve a large Microsoft infrastructure environment, supporting both on-premises and cloud technologies. You’ll be the escalation point for complex incidents, own major issues and drive infrastructure changes and improvements.
