• Coordinates, maintains and supports on-site applications and system infrastructure, including Production Control Systems (SAP, PCS, QDB, QDC, PVS) and associated operating systems/software in the JIS/Non-JIS environment.
• Acts as a key player in ZF Foxconn IT as part of the IT Support teams.
• Implements, rolls-out and manages IT systems and software packages that comply with ZF Foxconn standards.
• Ensure availability and consistency of all local data in alignment with data owners.
• Provides expertise for overall JIS/Non-JIS technical processes and network, desktop, printer, handheld technologies, server and telecommunication services, as well as IT solutions across functional areas.
• Maintains IT documentation of diagrams, configurations and procedures.
• Implement and enforce IT security, including access controls, firewalls, and data encryption, while ensuring adherence to industry standards and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Monitor and maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services, to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Lives the standard incident support process, especially for JIS and production critical issues, in close collaboration with Functional Process Experts and ZF Foxconn IT teams and local support teams.
• Diagnose, perform fault finding and trouble‑shooting of all network, application and core systems infrastructure to ensure an appropriate coverage of IT services. Escalate complex problems when necessary.
• Takes part in IT projects, not limited to cross functional and regional scope.
• Manages IT assets. Ensure data quality of IT assets in asset register(s).
• Willing to work on-call based on on-call roster.
