IT Analyst Shape the Technology Behind Modern Operation We are looking for an IT Analyst to support and enhance the technology that keeps our manufacturing operations running. In this hands-on role, you will work across business applications, infrastructure, networks, cybersecurity, and end-user technologies while partnering closely with production and business teams.
What You'll DoSupport and maintain critical business and manufacturing applications.
Manage and troubleshoot servers, networks, endpoints, cloud services, and workplace technologies.
Ensure reliable operation of production-critical IT systems and services.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and application issues.
Implement new IT solutions, upgrades, and technology rollouts.
Maintain cybersecurity controls, user access, and compliance with IT standards.
Monitor system performance, availability, and data integrity.
Maintain technical documentation, configurations, and support procedures.
Manage IT assets throughout their lifecycle.
Contribute to local and international IT projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Participate in an on-call support rotation for critical business systems.
What You'll Bring Experience supporting IT infrastructure, business applications, and end-user technologies.
Strong troubleshooting skills across networks, Windows environments, and enterprise systems.
Knowledge of cybersecurity and IT operational best practices.
Experience in manufacturing, automotive, or production environments is an advantage.
A proactive, customer-focused mindset and strong communication skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with global teams.
