Looking for an experienced professional within the Insurance industry with strong customer‑service and relationship‑building skills? We’re seeking a Senior Claims Handler to join our friendly team based in Stoke‑on‑Trent.

• Support a designated client portfolio, acting as their first point of contact.
• Build strong relationships with high‑net‑worth clients and support them with queries as they arise.
• Work on a protected book of high‑net‑worth clients.
• Provide support to colleagues and the Team Leader.
• Deliver training to the team where required.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in the Insurance Industry.
• Time‑management skills with the ability to work independently.
• Experience of cross‑selling and upselling products.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of motor and home insurance.
• Ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
• Proactive, takes initiative and demonstrates entrepreneurial spirit.
• Willingness to learn, be curious and pursue industry qualifications.
• Team‑player with a positive outlook, resilience, and adaptability.
