We’re looking for an experienced professional to serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of high‑net‑worth clients. In this role you’ll provide consultative support, handle queries, and maintain strong relationships while collaborating with your Team Leader and peers.
Responsibilities• Support a protected book of high‑net‑worth clients, acting as their first point of contact.
• Build and nurture client relationships, ensuring their needs are understood and met.
• Work independently, managing time effectively and meeting deadlines.
• Assist colleagues and provide training to team members as required.
• Proactively identify opportunities to cross‑sell and upsell insurance products.
• Adapt to change and remain resilient in a dynamic environment.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the insurance industry.
- Strong time‑management and independent work skills.
- Experience in cross‑selling and upselling products.
- Knowledge of motor and home insurance.
- Ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
- Proactive, entrepreneurial, and willing to learn.
- Collaborative, positive, engaging, and adaptable.
- Holiday entitlement of 26 days plus bank holidays.
