As a Commercial Account Handler , you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service throughout the entire policy lifecycle whilst building strong relationships with both clients and insurers. The successful Commercial Account Handler will have strong commercial insurance knowledge, excellent communication skills, a proactive and organised approach, and ideally working knowledge of Acturis , enabling them to manage client portfolios efficiently and accurately.

Your responsibilities will include:
Managing new business, renewals, mid-term adjustments and policy cancellations. Preparing professional renewal presentations and documentation for insurers. Liaising with clients and insurers to achieve the best possible outcomes. Maintaining accurate and compliant client records in line with FCA and GDPR requirements. Identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities across the client portfolio. Supporting premium funding, credit control and general account administration.
