Location: Stoke-on-Trent
Davies is seeking an experienced Claims Handler to join the Claims Management department in Stoke. You will manage a personal caseload of property insurance claims, focusing on Escape of Water, with exposure to property adjusting and regulatory compliance.
You will communicate with customers, insurers and suppliers nationwide, handle live chat interactions, draft letters, review policies for coverage, and process settlements while maintaining a proactive approach and accuracy in all tasks.
