Davies Group is seeking a Property Claims Handler to join our Stoke-on-Trent team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling claims from initial contact through settlements, within an on-site role with hybrid flexibility after probation.
You will liaise with insurers, assess coverage, and communicate progress to policyholders while ensuring regulatory compliance and efficient processing. A customer-centric, proactive approach is essential.
