Overview

Excellent new opportunity for a Corporate Solicitor with NQ-3 PQE to join one of Staffordshire's leading law firms. Based in Stoke with hybrid working on offer, you will join a friendly, partner-led team handling a broad range of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and MBOs/MBIs. You will play a key role in this high-performing team which offers clear scope for advancement within the firm.

• Contribute to corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and MBOs/MBIs.
• Work as part of a partner-led team in Stoke with hybrid working arrangements.
• Support business development and client service within the corporate practice as appropriate.

• NQ-3 PQE in Corporate law or equivalent
• Based in Stoke on Trent or eligible to work there
• Hybrid working available
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; ability to work on a range of corporate matters
