• Not a high-volume caseload – focus on quality over quantity
• Work closely with and be 2nd in command of the Managing Partner
• Play a key role in building and strengthening the secured lending offering

• Managing a caseload of secured lending matters, representing lenders
• Handling cases independently from instruction through to completion
• Building and maintaining strong client and lender relationships
• Working closely with leadership to grow and shape the secured lending team
• Previous experience of acting for lenders is essential
