We’re looking for an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to join our busy, friendly team and play a key role in helping clients move home with ease. Job Description General duties and responsibilities (not limited to)
  • Deal with client onboarding ()
  • Regularly update and liaise with clients
  • Liaise with lenders, estate agents and other third parties
  • Drafting contract packs and transfers
  • Review sale enquiries and liaise with clients, landlords, managing agents etc to obtain the necessary replies
  • Set up completions, draft completion statements and arrange post completion formalities including registration at the Land Registry
  • Assist in sorting out any internal accounts queries
  • Comply with the firm’s policies and regulatory procedures
Knowledge, experience and skills
  • Excellent client care and communication skills with an ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proven competence in IT skills (Outlook, Word, and other case management systems experience)
  • A proactive, motivated, and flexible approach to work
  • Maintaining and updating client files and documentation in accordance with compliance rules and procedures
  • 2+ years experience of working in residential conveyancing
