Commercial Property Solicitor

I’m recruiting on behalf of a well-regarded and established regional law firm for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their growing team in Stoke-on-Trent.

This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with 2–4 years’ PQE to work on a broad range of quality commercial property matters within a supportive and collaborative environment.

• Acting on sales and purchases of commercial property
• Landlord and tenant work, including leases, renewals and variations
• Commercial leases and agreements
• Development and investment work
• Working closely with clients, agents and other professionals

• Be a qualified solicitor with 2–4 PQE in commercial property
• Have experience managing their own caseload with minimal supervision
• Be commercially aware and confident dealing with clients
• Enjoy working as part of a team within a well-structured firm
