RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCER STOKE ON TRENT £35K - £45K A leading regional law firm in Stoke has an urgent opening for an experienced Residential Conveyancer. The firm welcomes applications from Residential Property Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, Legal Executives, or experienced Fee Earners seeking to develop their careers within a supportive and forward-thinking environment. Salary from £35,000+, dependent on experience. This opportunity sits within a growing, specialist property department known for providing high-quality legal services to a broad client base, ranging from local high-street clients to high-net-worth individuals.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year's experience handling a varied residential property caseload from instruction through to completion. Files will include sales, purchases, transfer of equity, shared ownership, and leasehold matters.
