The Opportunity

A respected full-service law firm based in Stoke-on-Trent is seeking a Real Estate Solicitor (1+ years' PQE) to join its established property team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a junior to mid-level solicitor to develop their career within a supportive environment, working on a varied and high-quality commercial property caseload for a broad client base including businesses, investors, and landowners.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a general commercial property caseload with appropriate supervision.
• Advising on freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals.
• Acting on landlord and tenant matters, including leases, renewals, and variations.
• Supporting on development and property finance transactions where required.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues across the firm to deliver seamless advice.
• Maintaining strong client relationships and high standards of client care.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor with at least 1 year's PQE in real estate or commercial property.
• Solid technical foundations and a willingness to learn and develop.
• Commercially aware with a practical, solutions-focused mindset.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
