Conveyancing Paralegal – South Manchester - £30,000
An experienced Conveyancing Paralegal is now required to join this outstanding, and rapidly expanding boutique firm in Cheadle, Manchester.
The Reward- Up to £30,000pa Depending on Experience
- On site training and development (for some leading to qualification)
- Pension
- Would join a collegiate and integrated property team
- 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
- 9am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday
- On site parking
- Gym membership
- Day off annually on your birthday
- Social incentives and outings for hitting targets
- Support and assist conveyancers / solicitors and partners within the property department
- Update 3rd parties and clients on transactions and development of the process
- Must have a least 12 months minimum experience as conveyancing assistant / paralegal
- Willing to work as part of team and go that extra step further for client satisfaction
- Possess a confident and professional telephone manner
- Be highly literate, able to converse professionally both in writing and verbally
