This role is fora serious injurysolicitor who wants time to think, time to prepare, and time for clients,without worrying about billing targets or unmanageable caseloads.

My client is a well-established, specialist,serious injurylaw firm and you will be joining theirlean, growing Midlands-based team that wasrecently set usand is expanding carefully.

With the focus onhigh-qualityserious injurywork well and sustainably.

• Run your ownserious injurycaseload(typically8-12 files) so you stay in control of your work
• Lead on complex, high-value claims, not justassistin the background
• Work closely on catastrophic injury cases, contributing meaningfully alongside Partners and Senior Associates
• Hell develop and manage a small group of Trainees and Paralegals
• Build long-term client relationships, with the time to focus on outcomes

• £60,000 salary (DOE)
