Employment Solicitor – 1 to 4 years’ PQE.
Location:
Thames Valley. Salary:
Dependent on experience. Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time. Practice Area:
Employment Law. This role is with a highly regarded, Legal 500-recognised firm, offering high-quality employment work and a clear path for progression within a collaborative team.
The team handles a full range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including complex tribunal litigation, TUPE, restructuring, senior exits, and day-to-day HR advisory work for UK and international employers.
Responsibilities- Advising on a wide spectrum of employment law issues, with a focus on employer-side work
- Running and supporting tribunal claims from start to finish
- Involvement in TUPE and large-scale restructuring projects
- Drafting contracts, policies, and settlement agreements
- Providing pragmatic, commercial HR advice to clients
- Supporting business development, marketing, and client training/seminars
- 1–4 years’ PQE with solid experience in employment law
- Strong technical knowledge and a commercial approach to problem-solving
- Confident communicator with a genuine interest in building client relationships
- Thrives in a busy and collaborative environment
