Job Overview

Reed Talent Solutions is hiring in Stoke for an Onsite Planning Executive to join our Service Delivery team to support one of our key clients.

• Contract:
  
  Fixed term until November 2026
• Shift Patterns: 5:30am – 14:30pm, 13:30pm – 10:30pm and 21:30pm – 6:30am (2 days per week on Saturday and Sunday)

• Managing Angard staff on‑site
• Handling queries from workers and clients
• Working closely with centralised delivery and deployment teams
• Identifying and resolving gaps in deployment
• Maintaining positive relationships with key stakeholders on‑site
• Working as part of a close‑knit onsite team to ensure a high standard of service

• Experience working onsite in a warehousing, logistics or distribution environment.
• Transferable experience from similar roles is considered.
• Understanding of the working environment.
• Strong experience working directly with clients and stakeholders.
• Experience working as part of a diverse and multifunctional team.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems and software.
