Onsite Executive

Position

Onsite Planning Executive (Fixed‑term contract, 28 September – December 2026) – Service Delivery team, Stoke.

5:30am – 2:30pm
1:30pm – 10:30pm
9:30pm – 6:30am

• Managing Angard staff on‑site
• Handling queries from workers and clients
• Working closely with our centralised delivery and deployment teams
• Identifying and helping to resolve gaps in deployment
• Maintaining positive relationships with key stakeholders on‑site
• Working as part of a close‑knit onsite team to ensure a high standard of service

What we’re looking for?

• Experience working onsite in a warehousing, logistics, or distribution environment (transferable experience from similar roles acceptable)
• Understanding of the working environment
• Strong experience dealing directly with clients and stakeholders
• Experience working as part of a diverse and multi‑functional team
• Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems and software
