Job Overview

Reed Talent Solutions in Stoke is hiring an On‑Site Team Leader to support the On‑Site Team Manager in delivering a high‑quality 24‑hour operation. The role leads the evening shift and ensures exceptional service for our client, workers and stakeholders.

Employment Details

Full‑time, Monday‑Friday 8:00‑17:00. Fixed‑term contract: start date 17 August 2026, end date December 2026.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach and support a team of On‑Site Coordinators.
  • Provide day‑to‑day supervision across the evening shift.
  • Allocate workloads and support workforce deployment.
  • Act as the first escalation point for workers, coordinators and clients.
  • Monitor staffing levels and operational performance.
  • Support workforce planning to achieve fulfillment targets.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Ensure KPIs, SLAs and compliance standards are achieved.
  • Support investigations relating to attendance, conduct and performance.
  • Produce shift handover reports for the Team Manager.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding and training activities.
  • Coaching and developing On‑Site Coordinators.
  • Promote a culture of safety, accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Deputise for the On‑Site Team Manager during periods of absence.
Key Qualifications
  • Experience with in recruitment, logistics or another fast‑paced operational environment.
  • Previous experience supervising or leading a team.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong leadership and problem‑solving ability.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced operational environment.
  • Experience delivering against KPIs and SLAs.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload.
  • High level of computer literacy, particularly with MS Office and operational systems.
  • Confident, proactive and committed to delivering outstanding service.
