Meridian Business Support is recruiting on behalf of a leading international manufacturer for a Logistics Improvement Manager to join their Stoke-on-Trent operation.

As Logistics Improvement Manager, you will lead initiatives that improve efficiency, compliance and operational performance across warehousing, distribution and supply chain activities.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading logistics and operational improvement projects from planning through to implementation
• Driving continuous improvement using Lean principles, process mapping and value stream analysis
• Monitoring KPIs, identifying trends and implementing solutions to improve performance
