Position Overview

Pinnacle Group is seeking a dedicated Cleaner to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our communities. The role is part of the Cleaning Team located at two housing sites in Stoke. Soft Facilities Management delivers essential services to homes, schools, universities and public sector organisations, including housing providers and blue light authorities. The cleaner will perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and waste management to ensure a welcoming environment for residents.

Working hours are 10am to 12pm, Monday to Friday, for 10 hours per week. The two sites are approximately 3 miles apart; a valid driving licence and access to a personal vehicle are ideal.

• Clean communal internal and external areas such as lifts, stairs, courtyards, paths, and grass areas according to contract specifications.
• Remove dumped refuse bags and household items to the appropriate refuse chambers or areas.
• Check communal lighting and replace blown bulbs.
• Sweep hard surfaces and pick litter from soft surfaces.
• Clean windows within easy reach.

• Cleaning experience in a professional setting.
• Experience using cleaning machinery.
• Strong communication skills to speak with residents.
