What We're Looking For:

Maintenance

Experience:

Previous experience in a maintenance role or strong handyman skills, coupled with a proactive and can-do attitude to tackle tasks both big and small. Health & Safety Knowledge:
Good understanding of health and safety regulations, with a commitment to upholding compliance standards to ensure the safety of our residents and team members. Communication

Skills:

Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact warmly and professionally with individuals from diverse backgrounds. IT Proficiency:

Maintenance Excellence:
Utilise your experience in maintenance, building, DIY, and housekeeping to keep our facilities in top condition, ensuring residents enjoy a safe and comfortable environment. Health & Safety Focus:
Demonstrate a strong understanding of relevant health and safety regulations, implementing procedures to uphold compliance and protect our residents and staff. Technical Expertise:
Apply your knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently, with attention to detail and precision. Communication
