Stoke City Football Club is looking for a dedicated Cleaner to support the day to day operations across our portfolio. This is a permanent, year-round, full-time position based primarily at the bet
365 Stadium, with occasional requirements at the Clayton Wood Training Ground, the Academy Dome, and other facilities as needed. A company vehicle is available for you to use during travel between these sites, ensuring you have everything you need to complete your role.

Full training is provided for this role, including comprehensive instruction on COSHH regulations.

The successful candidate will be at the heart of the action, working with a busy, friendly team to maintain our stadium and hospitality areas to a high standard. As this is a football club, the role requires flexibility; you will be expected to work evenings and weekends to cover matchday fixtures and other ad‑hoc events, making every day different.

• Performing general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting and vacuuming.
• Managing waste disposal and recycling processes efficiently.
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment by following all safety procedures and guidelines.
• Completing cleaning duties to a high standard while adhering to cleaning schedules, company processes and policies.
• Demonstrating a strong understanding of COSHH regulations and ensuring safe handling, storage and disposal of cleaning chemicals.

• Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer focused approach.
• Ability to work to a high standard with excellent attention to detail.
• Consistently professional and well presented.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Previous cleaning experience is desirable.
• A full UK driving license is desirable.
