Maintenance Assistant

Salary: £37,000 + Overtime (£1,000-£2,000 on top) + Pension.

Location:

Coalville.

Shifts:

4's and 5's days and nights.

A fantastic opportunity for a strong Maintenance Assistant in a state‑of‑the‑art, fully automated, fast‑paced factory. This role offers the chance to develop your career technically and/or into management.

Carry out electrical and mechanical maintenance, fault‑finding, and planned preventative maintenance on fully automated production machinery to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency.

• Multi‑skilled maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Ability to modify PLC programmes.
• Hands‑on experience with pre‑planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance in a fast‑paced industrial factory.
• Electrical and mechanical fault‑finding experience.
• Engineering qualification (Electrical or Mechanical).
• Experience working within a manufacturing environment.
• Previous experience as a Maintenance Engineer in the UK.
• Experience working on PLCs, including fault‑finding using inputs and outputs.
