Your Housing Group is seeking a Permanent Compliance & Facilities Agent to join our Region 1 Housing Management Team, covering the Liverpool, Halton and Sefton area. You will carry out block inspections, report repairs and hazards, and support Fire Risk Assessments and gas safety checks.
The role requires living within 20 miles of Merseyside and holding a full UK driving licence. We offer £25,000–£26,184 for a 35‑hour week, 25 days’ annual leave, a contributory pension and a healthcare plan.
