Duties:

- Stripping, fitting, and repairing vehicle panels with precision and meticulous attention to detail
- Restoring vehicles to pre-accident condition, including panel repairs and replacements
- Conducting thorough quality checks to ensure workmanship standards are maintained
- Liaising with estimating and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment
- Ensuring accurate record-keeping for repairs and parts used

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Panel Beater in a busy bodyshop, dealership, or similar environment
- Relevant NVQ or ATA qualification in Vehicle Body Repair
- Knowledge of vehicle repair software and modern tools
- Exceptional attention to detail and craftsmanship skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organisational skills and effective time management
- Full UK driving licence
