Caretaker This position is to cover a new build estate in Sutton. The position on a static and involves basic gardening. The candidate will be given in house training. Caretaker The builing is a tower block, induction will be provided on the first 3 days of employment and tasks will include:
Caretaker sweeping mopping hoovering communal staricase, cleaning walls, reporting communal repairs, moving bulky items, cutting grass in the back garden, removing weeds
