Please take the time to read the attached job description Job Introduction We’re looking for aDomestic Laundry Assistant to join our Sodexoteam at Royal Stoke  this vital role, you’ll help create a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for patients, staff, and visitors.

• Launder Dirty Mops
• Lift Cages of wet mops once laundered
• Collect dirty mops and distribute clean mops back out to zones using cages to transport mops
• Keep mop counts via excel spreadsheet
• Perform daily tasks such as dusting, mopping, vacuuming, sweeping, floor polishing and replenishing supplies within your work area
• Empty waste bins and manage refuse in line with hospital protocols within your work area
• Promote and maintain a safe, healthy environment for all patients, staff and visitors

• Physical capability to carry out cleaning duties across various hospital areas
• A friendly, customer-focused attitude with a willingness to go the extra mile
• A strong commitment to health and safety standards
• Professionalism, integrity, and a neat, presentable appearance
• IT Skills (ability to use excel)
