• Maintain cleanliness and laundry standards across the home
• Follow standard operating procedures for housekeeping and laundry
• Maintain hotel-style service standards
• Carry out all cleaning duties in line with worksheet instructions
• Apply knowledge of the cleaning needs of different surfaces, coverings and cleaning materials
• Keep all areas well presented and in good condition
• Treat residents with dignity and respect, including their personal space and belongings

• Experience of cleaning laundry in a public setting

• Knowledge of health and safety, including moving and handling, fire safety and COSHH assessments
• Compassion and commitment to delivering high-quality housekeeping and laundry service to residents
• Adaptable and flexible, able to cover a range of responsibilities at short notice

• Disclosure check (ADBS)
