Senior Project Manager

Location: Cheadle

Senior Project Manager - Cheadle - 12 Month FTC - up to £52,000

Our client, is a non-profit organisation whose work spans across the globe. Due to continued growth and success they are recruiting for a Senior Project Manager to join their team on a full time basis.

Duties include but not limited to:

* Lead, coach, and support the project team to ensure the smooth day-to-day delivery of activities

* Full oversight of the charity’s projects, from initiation through to completion,

* Monitor project performance through clear reporting mechanisms, proactively identifying risks, managing issues, and implementing corrective actions where required.

* Maintain comprehensive and accurate project documentation, including plans, risk registers, budgets, stakeholder communications, and evaluation reports.

* Liaise effectively with internal teams, external partners, suppliers, and funders

* Contribute to strategic planning by aligning project delivery with the charity’s wider objectives and funding requirements.

* Strengthen project governance processes, ensuring compliance with organisational policies and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will be have strong communication skills both written and verbal, have a high attention to detail and the ability to manage a team as well as their own workload. You will ideally have experience working within charity, although this is not essential.
